Comfortflameur provides professional consulting services for landscaping and composting. Due to the nature of consulting services, the following policies apply:

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality composting and landscaping consulting. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation to discuss your concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled:

• More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund
• 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Service Packages

For multi-session consulting packages:

• Unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds are prorated based on completed sessions
• Packages expire 6 months from purchase date

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via phone or email with your service details
2. Explain the reason for your refund request
3. Allow 5-10 business days for processing
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed consulting sessions
• Custom composting system designs after delivery
• Educational materials provided during consultations
• Services rendered more than 30 days prior

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Consultations may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If severe weather prevents us from conducting an on-site consultation, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Disputes

If you have concerns about our composting or landscaping services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
